At Thor Lithium, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our batteries. We are committed to providing our customers with industry-leading performance and peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 10-Year Hassle-Free Warranty on all Thor Lithium batteries.

Warranty Coverage:
 Thor Lithium guarantees that your battery will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase. If your battery fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What’s Covered:
 ✔ Defects in materials and workmanship
 ✔ Performance issues due to normal use
 ✔ Failures caused by internal component defects
 ✔ Free repair or replacement for valid warranty claims

What’s Not Covered:
 ✘ Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
 ✘ Physical damage, including water immersion or external impact
 ✘ Unauthorized modifications or repairs
 ✘ Normal wear and tear beyond expected lifespan
 ✘ Commercial use beyond intended design specifications

How to Claim Your Warranty:

  1. Contact our Thor Lithium Support Team via email or phone with your proof of purchase and battery serial number.

  2. Provide a description of the issue along with any relevant photos or videos.

  3. Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

  4. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your battery at no cost to you.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the valid warranty period.

  • Thor Lithium reserves the right to issue a refurbished replacement battery of equal or greater performance.

  • In cases where an exact replacement is not available, we will provide an alternative solution of comparable value.

  • This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined above and does not affect your statutory rights.
